Bolloré: public buy-out offer for three structures

(CercleFinance.com) - Bolloré SE announces its intention to implement three public buyout offers, followed by compulsory buyouts, for the shares of Compagnie du Cambodge, Financière Moncey and Société Industrielle et Financière de l'Artois.


The proposed offers include an option in cash or in UMG shares, or a combination of both.

Bolloré SE is proposing a premium of 27% for Compagnie du Cambodge, 44% for Financière Moncey and 71% for Société Industrielle et Financière de l'Artois. The offers will be subject to an independent appraisal.
