GECI International: S. Bitboul reappointed as Chairman and CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - GECI International announces that its Board of Directors has unanimously decided to reappoint Serge Bitboul as Chairman and CEO for the duration of his directorship, thus combining the functions of Chairman of the Board and CEO.


Serge Bitboul has reaffirmed his 'strong commitment to the development of GECI International and the pursuit of its strategy of growth and innovation in the Digital and Technology fields'.

In particular, this commitment has resulted in an increase in his stake in the Company's capital, following the exercise of all his share warrants, converted into shares at an exercise price of E3.32 per share.

Since September 3, 2024, Serge Bitboul has directly or indirectly held 22.68% of the share capital, representing 24.01% of voting rights.
