OVHcloud: new offering for multi-cloud architectures

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday, OVHcloud launched a new managed service designed to enable companies to manage and orchestrate their cloud platforms on any type of cloud, whether public or private.


The French group says the multi-cluster management capabilities of the offer, dubbed 'OVHcloud Managed Rancher Service', should enable organizations to easily deploy their existing nodes on OVH infrastructures.

Its 'multi-tenant' architecture, combined with options such as secure authentication, should contribute to the security and isolation of the service's containerization environment.

The Roubaix-based group points out that this offering reinforces a public cloud portfolio already comprising more than 40 products and solutions covering a total of eight different services, including security, compute, storage, databases, network services, analytics, AI and quantum.
