PulluP: share price boosted by sales of 'Space Marine 2' game

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday, PulluP Entertainment shares posted one of the biggest gains on the Paris Bourse, the video game group benefiting from sales figures for its latest title, 'Space Marine II', announced the previous day.


At 10:50 a.m., the stock was up nearly 4% in a generally stable Paris market.

Pullup announced last night that its highly-anticipated game 'Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2' had passed the milestone of two million unique players worldwide less than 24 hours after its official release.

Available since September 9 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, this action game has become the best launch in the history of Focus Entertainment Publishing, its video game publishing subsidiary.

In a reaction note, Charles-Louis Planade, the analyst in charge of the stock at TP ICAP Midcap, hails "a success that is confirmed".

This excellent figure reinforces our recently raised and once again adjusted guidance of €260 million in annual sales (vs. €250 million)", he stresses, renewing his Buy recommendation and €28 price target for the stock.
