UniCredit: 9% stake in Commerzbank

UniCredit says it supports Commerzbank's management and will be committed to exploring value-creating opportunities for both banks.

UniCredit may seek regulatory approval to exceed 9.9% if necessary. The transaction will impact its CET1 ratio by 15 basis points without affecting its distribution policy.
