Orange: bond issue of 600 ME

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange borrows 600 million euros on the 10.
3-year bond market, with a coupon of 3.250%.

'With this issue, Orange continues its policy of prudent and active management of its balance sheet', says the Group.

Barclays, BBVA, J.P. Morgan, Natixis, Santander and UniCredit acted as Lead Managers for the placement.

Natixis and Santander acted as Global Coordinators.
