Nexity: likely to outperform, according to TP ICAP Midcap

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Nexity shares posted one of the strongest gains of the SBF 120 index on the Paris Bourse, as analysts at TP ICAP Midcap included them in their list of favorite stocks.


Shortly before 2:00 pm, the property developer's share price gained over 3%, compared with a slight rise in the SBF 120 index at the same time (+0.1%).

The teams at TP ICAP Midcap announced this morning that they had added the stock to their mid-cap selection for the second half of the year, which is intended to highlight stocks likely to outperform at the end of the year.

With regard to Nexity, we have opted for a clearly contrarian choice, considering that a fall in interest rates would be a positive factor for the stock", says the brokerage firm.

TP ICAP Midcap points out that its selection for the second half of 2023 outperformed the CAC Mid & Small index by 10%.
