Ekinops: the stock joins TP ICAP Midcap's shortlist

(CercleFinance.com) - Ekinops posted one of the best performances on the Paris market on Tuesday, as analysts at TP ICAP Midcap decided to include the stock in their list of recommended stocks for the second half of the year.


The telecoms group has been added to this selection of mid-cap stocks, alongside - among others - the likes of Nexity, Groupe LDC and Seb.

TP ICAP Midcap specifies that it has selected Ekinops, a specialist in network virtualization, as one of the stocks that the brokerage firm considers to be "clearly undervalued with short-term rebound potential".

Ekinops, valued at 25% below shareholders' equity, should benefit from better visibility on its turnaround prospects", explains the investment bank.

TP ICAP Midcap points out that its selection for the second half of 2023 had outperformed the CAC Mid & Small index by 10%.

At around 11:40 a.m., Ekinops shares were up 7%, compared with a gain of just 0.1% for the French small and mid-cap index.
