EDF: bond buyback offer and new issue

(CercleFinance.com) - EDF announces the launch of a tender offer for two series of deeply subordinated notes: €1 billion (early redemption possible on January 22, 2026) and £1.
25 billion (redemption possible on January 29, 2026).
The result of this offer will be announced on September 18, 2024.

EDF also plans to redeem €1.25 billion of bonds issued in 2013, without refinancing €625 million, through a capital increase.

Finally, EDF plans to issue new perpetual green bonds to finance investments under its Green Financing Framework.
