Volkswagen: changes to the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - The Volkswagen Group announces changes to the Board of Directors of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand and the Board of Directors of Seat.
These changes will be effective from October 1, 2024.

Patrik Andreas Mayer becomes Board Member for Finance and IT at Seat. David Powels becomes CFO of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand.

In 2014, Patrik Andreas Mayer was given responsibility for controlling at the Kassel components plant before being appointed to the Volkswagen Group Russia Board of Directors as CFO in 2016. Since October 1, 2022, he has been a member of the Volkswagen Brand Board of Directors, in charge of Finance.

Since September 1, 2021, David Powels has been a member of the Board of Directors for Finance and IT at Seat.
