Bristol Myers to present data at ESMO in Spain

(CercleFinance.com) - Bristol Myers Squibb has announced the presentation of nearly 60 abstracts from company-sponsored studies, investigator-sponsored studies and collaborations from across its oncology portfolio and pipeline at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress, to be held September 13-17 in Barcelona, Spain.


' The data we will present at ESMO this year highlight BMS's lasting impact in oncology and offer insight into our next-generation early-stage assets,' said Samit Hirawat, M.D., Executive Vice President, Medical Director and Head of Development at Bristol Myers Squibb.

The conference will feature a presentation of data from the randomized Phase 2 RELATIVITY-104 proof-of-concept trial exploring the combination of nivolumab, relatlimab (1:1) and chemotherapy as first-line treatment for stage IV or relapsed NSCLC.

The group will present ten-year follow-up data from the CheckMate -067 study, which showed a continued and durable long-term survival benefit of Opdivo (nivolumab) plus Yervoy (ipilimumab) in patients with advanced or metastatic melanoma.

It will also present results from several early phase clinical trials that reinforce the diversity of BMS's oncology portfolio, including new combinations and modalities, in a wide range of solid tumors.
