Elis: confirms discussions with Vestis

(CercleFinance.com) - Elis confirms that it has made a preliminary approach to Vestis regarding a potential acquisition.


There is no guarantee that these discussions will result in the signature of a transaction or any other agreement', the group states.

The management also indicates that 'any transaction, should it be concluded, would be in line with Elis' commitments to its shareholders'.

The group refers in particular to financial discipline, in terms of the amount paid for the acquisition and the maintenance of Elis' investment grade status.
