Carmila: draft simplified tender offer filed for Galimmo shares

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that Carmila has filed a simplified tender offer for the shares of Galimmo, as announced on 1 July.
The Galimmo shares will resume trading on 9 September.

The retail property company has irrevocably undertaken to acquire all existing Galimmo shares not already held by it, i.e. 59,005 shares representing 0.18% of the share capital, at a price of E14.83 each.

It should be noted that the offeror, which already meets the shareholding conditions for the squeeze-out, has asked the AMF to proceed with the squeeze-out at the close of the OPAS.
