Danone: 7-year, E700m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Danone yesterday announced that it completed the placement of a E700m bond issue, with a 7-year maturity and a 3.
20% coupon.

This issue will enable Danone to increase its financial leeway while extending the maturity of its debt.

Settlement and delivery are scheduled for 12 September 2024, and the bonds will be listed on Euronext Paris.
