Arkema: bond placement for 500 million euros

(CercleFinance.com) - In a terse press release, Arkema announced today that it had successfully completed the placement of a €500 million senior bond issue, maturing in 10 years and bearing an annual coupon of 3.
50%.

This issue, which forms part of its financing policy, enables the chemical group to continue refinancing its closest bond maturities and extend the average maturity of its debt.
