Gimv: sells stake in Mega International

(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian investment company Gimv has announced the sale of its stake in Mega International, together with the founders and management of this software company (with offices in 10 countries and around 350 employees), to Bizzdesign.


The merger is intended to create 'an essential leader in the field of enterprise architecture and digital transformation', which will be backed by Main Capital, a leading investor in the software sector.

The financial impact of this transaction was detailed in Gimv's trading update on 3 September. No further details will be disclosed. Completion of this transaction remains subject to mandatory regulatory approvals.
