Chargeurs: first-half recurring EBIT before associates up by a third

(CercleFinance.com) - Chargeurs reports a decline in net income, Group share, to -3.
5 million euros for the first half of 2023, compared with +2.1 million a year earlier, but operating income from activities (ROPA) up by almost 34% to 17 million.

Sales rose by 8.6% to 374.3 million euros, with organic growth of 11.1%, 'driven in particular by the very marked improvement in business at Novacel and the remarkable sales momentum at Museum Studio'.

Buoyed by the dynamic performance of its core businesses, Chargeurs confirms its confidence for 2024, on a like-for-like basis, with the scenario of an even more significant acceleration towards the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025", says CEO Michaël Fribourg.
