Argan: new appointment to the Management Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Argan announces that its Supervisory Board has decided, on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, to appoint Stéphane Cassagne as a member of the Executive Board, effective September 1, 2024.


Stéphane Cassagne has 'extensive experience in the logistics sector', having previously held various management positions within the GEODIS Group.

In addition to his expertise in the logistics and real estate sectors, he is particularly familiar with ARGAN, having served as a member of the Supervisory Board between 2019 and 2021.
