Spie: three subsidiaries move to Saint-Ouen

(CercleFinance.com) - Multi-technical services group Spie France has announced the move of 500 employees from three of its operating entities into the So Pop building in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), the result of a collaboration with real estate company Covivio.


With a surface area of around 32.000 m² on seven levels, where Spie Building Solutions has carried out the electrical and HVAC engineering work on a macro-lot basis from 2019, this building is home to employees of Spie Building Solutions, Spie Facilities and Spie CityNetworks.

'This move marks an important milestone for Spie, enabling us to offer our teams a modern, accessible and environmentally-friendly working environment', according to Gregory Sudol, department manager at Spie Building Solutions.
