ABB: delivers paper fiber testing solution to Japan

(CercleFinance.com) - ABB reports that Japanese specialty paper manufacturer Kami Shoji has taken delivery of its L&W Fiber Tester Plus automated testing solution offering 'fast and easy fiber quality measurement and advanced fiber morphology analysis'.


Kami Shoji will use ABB's L&W Fiber Tester Plus to carry out defibration tests on its production of cellulose nanofiber (CNF) paper in order to find the appropriate production conditions.

ABB states that its automated fiber morphology analysis device enables the customer to observe an average of 20,000 fibers in just ten minutes.
