GSK: to present its advances at the Vienna Congress

(CercleFinance.com) - GSK announces that it will present its latest discoveries in respiratory therapies at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) 2024 International Congress in Vienna (7-11 September).


This research, including three late-breaking abstracts, demonstrates GSK's commitment to redefining respiratory medicine for diseases such as asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and respiratory syncytial virus.

GSK aims to reduce the burden of respiratory disease by offering innovative treatments, targeting clinical remission in the early stages of asthma, and preventing exacerbations and disease progression.

Positive results from two studies involving depremokimab, an ultra-long-lasting biologic for severe asthma, will also be presented.

Further research will focus on clinical remission with Nucala and Trelegy in asthma and COPD.
