Emeis: new CFO appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - emeis announces that as of yesterday, 2 September, Jean-Marc Boursier has joined Laurent Guillot and the management team as Group Chief Financial Officer, replacing Laurent Lemaire who is leaving the Group.
NB: the stock fell 12% yesterday.

Jean-Marc Boursier will ensure the transition in parallel with the recruitment of a new CFO.

Jean-Marc Boursier's main tasks will be to consolidate the transformation of the Finance, IT and Purchasing functions, and to fully support the group's restructuring.

He previously held the positions of CFO and COO of the Suez Group.
