Exosens: improved margins in H1

(CercleFinance.com) - Exosens reports adjusted EBIT of 46.
1 million euros for the first half of 2024, representing a margin improvement of 291 basis points to 24.7%, as well as adjusted EBITDA of 56.1 million, or 30% of sales versus 27.2% a year earlier.

Sales totaled €186.9 million for the first half of 2024, up 50%, including organic growth of 35%, which was underpinned by strong sales volume growth and a favorable product mix.

This performance is the result of our operational and M&A strategies", explains Jérôme Cerisier, CEO of the company specializing in critical amplification, detection and imaging technologies.

Exosens thus declares itself "perfectly in line" with its 2024 objectives, including organic sales growth in the upper 15-20% range, adjusted EBITDA of at least €115 million (excluding 2024 acquisitions) and an adjusted EBIT margin of between 24 and 25%.
