Forvia : Templeton GA Ltd falls below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Templeton Global Advisors Limited, acting on behalf of clients, declared to the AMF that on August 29 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Forvia's share capital, following a sale of shares on the market.


As a result of this threshold crossing, the declaring party stated that it held 9,656,796 Forvia shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.90% of the capital and 4.17% of the voting rights of the automotive equipment supplier.
