Eurobio Scientific: EU approves acquisition by 2 companies

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Eurobio Scientific, based in France, by IK Investment Partners, based in Luxembourg, and NextStage AM, based in France.


The transaction mainly concerns the pharmaceutical diagnostic products and services sector.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given that the companies are not active in the same or vertically related markets.
