Uber: new strategic partnership with Wayve

(CercleFinance.com) - Uber announces a new strategic partnership with Wayve, a leader in embodied AI for autonomous driving, a company in which it will invest as an extension of Wayve's previously announced Series C funding round.


With Uber's additional funding and support, Wayve intends to accelerate its work with global automotive OEMs to enhance consumer vehicles for future deployment on Uber's platform.

The partnership anticipates that future Wayve-powered autonomous vehicles will be available on the Uber network in multiple markets, bringing Wayve's cutting-edge technology to Uber's more than 150 million monthly users worldwide.
