MedinCell: Mirova exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On August 9, Mirova, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of MedinCell's voting rights, and now holds 7.
05% of the capital and 5.001% of the voting rights, as a result of a reduction in the total number of voting rights.

On June 16, 2020, the declarant had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the pharmaceutical company's capital, holding 7.99% of the capital and 4.91% of the voting rights, following its subscription to a capital increase carried out by MedinCell.
