Solocal: CFO to step down

(CercleFinance.com) - Solocal Group announces the forthcoming departure of Olivier Regnard, the group's CFO, and his immediate interim replacement by Jérome Fievet, a member of the finance division's management committee.


'Having joined Solocal on July 1, 2019, Olivier Regnard has contributed to the change in the group's business model and worked to strengthen its financial structure', the intelligence services group recalls.

Jérome Fievet joined Solocal in October 2018, and was then appointed director of steering and management control at the end of 2019. He will join the executive committee as administrative and financial director as of September 16.
