Accenture: acquires Partners in Performance

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture announces that it has acquired Partners in Performance, a global strategy consulting firm that works on improving business performance in asset-intensive sectors by leveraging data and AI capabilities.

The acquisition of Partners in Performance will strengthen Accenture's offering to clients in sectors such as metals and mining, oil and gas, utilities and chemicals.

The acquisition of Partners in Performance, previously announced on 21 May 2024, adds approximately 400 professionals, who will join Accenture Strategy.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
