Groupe Parot: draft OPAS filed with the AMF

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole du Languedoc, acting on behalf of NDK, has filed with the AMF a simplified tender offer for Groupe Parot shares, as announced on December 22.


The offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a price of 8.83 euros per share, all the existing Groupe Parot shares it does not already own, excluding treasury shares, i.e. a maximum of 791,206 shares representing 12.33% of the share capital.206 shares, representing 12.33% of the share capital.

It intends to request, within three months of the closing of the offer, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a compulsory buyout of the shares not tendered, in return for compensation of 8.83 euros per share.
