Campbell Soup: sells Pop Secret

(CercleFinance.com) - Campbell Soup announces the sale of sale of its Pop Secret popcorn subsidiary to Our Home, an independent company specializing in better-for-you snacks, a transaction whose terms were not disclosed.


Pop Secret generated sales of approximately $120m in FY 2024. The transaction is expected to be approximately $0.04 dilutive to Campbell's FY 2025 EPS.

The sale of Pop Secret will enable Campbell to further focus and accelerate the growth of our Snacks division and our portfolio of leading brands, it says.
