Guillemot Corp: Guillemot Brothers exceeds 15% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On August 16, Guillemot Brothers SAS declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% of voting rights in Guillemot Corporation, and held 15.
15% of the capital and 16.80% of voting rights, as a result of an allocation of double voting rights.

On this occasion, the Guillemot family group did not cross any thresholds and, as of August 16, held 69.86% of the capital and 81.81% of the voting rights of the PC and console hardware and accessories company.

Guillemot Brothers plans to purchase Guillemot Corporation shares depending on market conditions, but not to take individual control of the company, nor to seek appointment to the Board of Directors.
