EDreams: Board proposes name of future CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - eDreams ODIGEO, billed as 'the world's leading travel subscription platform and one of Europe's largest e-commerce companies', announced today that its Board of Directors has proposed the appointment of Laurence Berman as independent director.


This appointment will be put to the vote of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2024.

Laurence Berman has held key management positions such as Vice President of Disneyland Paris and Managing Director of vacation company Jet Tours.

Laurence Berman has also served on the boards of major hotel groups, including Veranda Resorts and Valtur, as well as theGlobal Advisory Boardof the University of Chicago and the technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton.
