Visiativ: successful takeover bid launched by Alliativ

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that, by August 14, the final date set for the submission of orders in response to Alliativ's takeover bid for Visiativ shares, it had received 2,271,197 shares.


Consequently, at the close of the offer, the offeror is in a position to hold individually 4,434,643 Visiativ shares, i.e. 95.32% of the capital and at least 92.61% of the voting rights of this enterprise software company.

It will therefore file a request for the implementation of a squeeze-out under the same financial conditions as the takeover bid. Visiativ shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out.
