NHOA: reservations about TCC's proposed public stock buyback tender offer

(CercleFinance.com) - NHOA reports that its ad hoc committee has expressed reservations regarding the terms of the simplified tender offer (OPAS) filed by TCC for the company, in light of the preliminary work carried out by the independent expert and its financial advisor.


These reservations concern the fairness of the proposed price of 1.10 euros per NHOA share in cash. TCC is examining the information received to date, and is expected to declare its intentions regarding the terms of the offer no later than August 20.

During this period, trading in NHOA shares on the Euronext regulated market in Paris will remain suspended. Trading will resume as soon as possible after TCC's intentions are made public.
