Quadient: Teleios Capital Partners falls below the 10% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Teleios Capital Partners LLC, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on August 13 it had fallen below the thresholds of 10% of Quadient's capital and voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market.


The investment management company said it held 3,267,185 Quadient shares on behalf of the said funds, representing 9.48% of the capital and voting rights of the enterprise software, parcel delivery and mail solutions group.
