Lonza: Stifel raises its target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel maintains its 'hold' recommendation on Lonza shares, while raising its target price for them from 495 CHF to 565 CHF, after updating its estimates for Vacaville (the US production site acquired from Roche last March).
The broker says it finds the medium-term sales growth forecast of 12%-15% CAGR for the period 2024-28 'convincing', and expects a rate of 12.8% against a consensus of 13.9%.
However, analysts are still on 'Hold', trying to find positive surprise drivers while the medium-term guidance is well reflected in the consensus, saying that they are below consensus for 2025 EPSe (around 4% on an underlying basis).
