Eurazeo: EU approves joint acquisition of I-Tracing

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of I-Tracing Sas by Eurazeo Global Investor and Oakley Sotogrande Luxco.


The transaction mainly concerns the cybersecurity sector.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given that the companies are not present on the same or vertically related markets.
