Bank of America: official sponsor of 2026 World Cup
(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America announced on Thursday its appointment by FIFA as an official sponsor of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, jointly hosted by the US, Canada and Mexico, making it its first global banking sponsor.
As part of this new partnership, FIFA and Bank of America will work together to support the growth of world soccer and the tournament's impact on soccer fans of all ages, levels and backgrounds, it explains.
Bank of America says that, with 104 matches, 48 teams from around the world and 16 host cities in the three countries (including eleven in the US), the tournament will provide a platform for brands to engage on a truly global level.
