Ikonisys: private placement capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Ikonisys, a company specialized in cancer detection through an automated solution for medical analysis laboratories, announces that it has carried out a capital increase of 150,000 euros, via a private placement.


It has issued a total of 100,000 new ordinary shares at a unit price of 1.5 euros. This operation aims to broaden its shareholder base via targeted transactions, while strengthening its financial resources.

The net proceeds of this issue will be used to support the company's working capital requirements and extend its financial visibility. Ikonisys now considers itself in a position to meet its financing needs beyond 12 months.
