Poxel: Bpifrance Participations falls below 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Caisse des dépôts et des consignations (CDC) has declared to the AMF that on August 12, through Bpifrance Participations, it crossed below the thresholds of 5% of Poxel's capital and voting rights, and held 4.
98% of the capital and voting rights.

This passive crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the total number of Poxel shares and voting rights. On this occasion, CDC did not directly cross any threshold and indirectly holds 8.20% of the capital and voting rights.
