PulluP: employee shareholding plan completed

(CercleFinance.com) - PulluP Entertainment announces that eligible employees subscribed to 12,579 new shares for a total amount of 119,877.
87 euros, during the subscription period which ended on July 9, as part of its employee shareholding plan.

Following settlement on August 12, the company's CEO noted the issue of 12,268 new shares, bringing the number of shares making up the share capital of the publisher of original video game content to 8,551,194.
