Safran: TCG Companies falls below 10% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - The Capital Group Companies, acting as investment adviser on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on August 7 it had fallen below the threshold of 10% of Safran's share capital, following the sale of shares on the market.


The declaring party stated that it held 42,558,355 Safran shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 9.96% of the capital and 7.85% of the voting rights of the high-tech aerospace and defense group.
