Caterpillar: launches a competition for its dealers

(CercleFinance.com) - Caterpillar announces the launch of the 'Global Dealer Technician Challenge' to highlight the importance of dealer technicians in customer service.


The competition, aimed at independent Caterpillar dealers, will take place over several regional competitions, with the top 10 finalists competing in March 2026 in Las Vegas.

The challenge is designed to raise awareness of career opportunities in this field.
Caterpillar estimates that its Caterpillar dealers may need to recruit more than 44,000 technicians by 2026.
