Esker: well-focused on discussions with Bridgepoint

(CercleFinance.com) - Esker gained nearly 3%, as the document process software publisher confirmed, in reaction to press rumors, that it was in discussions with the British investment firm Bridgepoint Group concerning a possible offer.
