Pizzorno: contract with DPVa for a joint venture

(CercleFinance.com) - Pizzorno Environnement announces that Dracénie Provence Verdon Agglomération (DPVa) has entrusted its joint venture with Paprec Energies with the construction and operation of its future environmental transition center.


This public service delegation contract (DSP) covers the construction and operation of a sorting and pre-treatment unit, a recovery unit for household and similar waste, and a heating network.

The total investment of 130 million euros will be borne by a single-operating semi-public company (SEMOP). Sales are guaranteed by the annual processing of 48,000 tonnes of waste at a price of 175 euros per tonne over the 25-year contract.
