Catana: Indépendance AM falls below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Indépendance AM, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on July 24 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Catana Group's capital, following the sale of shares on the market.


The company stated that it held 1,447,754 Catana shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.71% of the capital and 3.71% of the voting rights of this pleasure boat manufacturer.
