Getlink: mixed traffic for shuttle services in July

(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink, Eurotunnel's parent company, has announced that its shuttle services saw a slight increase in truck traffic, but a slight fall in passenger car traffic in July, compared with the previous year.


Last month, LeShuttle Freight carried 101,920 trucks, and LeShuttle, 258,375 passenger vehicles, up 4% and down 2% respectively on July 2023.

Since 1 January, over 703,000 trucks and 1,226,000 passenger vehicles have crossed the Channel on the shuttles, down 3% and 4% respectively on the first seven months of last year.
