Acticor: receivership proceedings opened

(CercleFinance.com) - Acticor Biotech has announced that the Paris Commercial Court has opened receivership proceedings in its favor, extending the biopharmaceutical company's cash flow horizon to January 2025.


As soon as the receivership proceedings have been opened, a six-month renewable observation period is scheduled. The aim is to enable Acticor to evaluate all possible solutions for continuing its development.

Acticor has asked Euronext to suspend its share price from August 7 until further notice, given the uncertainty surrounding the outcome of the proceedings and the steps taken by the company.
