Roche: may sell Flatiron Health

(CercleFinance.com) - According to the FT, Roche is considering selling its US subsidiary Flatiron Health.
This company specialises in cancer data analysis.

This disposal would be linked to the slowdown in this subsidiary's sales, according to the FT.

As a reminder, Roche acquired Flatiron for $1.9bn in 2018, Invest Securities said this morning.

Flatiron Health is an unlisted company based in New York that provides healthcare services and technologies.

Flatiron specializes in software for oncology-specific electronic health records, as well as the curation and development of actionable data for cancer research.
